Research overview: I am interested in understanding the role of the intrinsically disordered N-terminal region in solution structure and dynamics of flaviviruses capsid proteins. Besides of that, I would like to understand the nucleocapsid assembly and the role of the intrinsically disordered N-terminal region and α4/α4’ helix in this process.
